Continuing our journey around the U.K’s famous food, this week we stopped off in Lancashire for a look at the famous Hotpot.
During the lesson we learned about the history of the hotpot, who made it and why. The rest of the lesson involved chopping, peeling, mixing and stirring, even the onions didn’t make us ‘cry’ so much this week. We must be getting good at this cooking stuff! And the best thing of all, we all got a bit to take home with us for tea.
